Van Leonard Collection (SMC 85)

Biographical Note

The Leonard Family were living in Virginia during the American Revolution, but were in Georgia by the early 1800, being among the earliest settlers of Talbot County, Georgia.

Scope and Content

This collection includes a photocopy of a typescript of the Leonard family genealogy, a photocopy of Leonard-related pages of Our Children's Ancestry by Sarah Cantey Whitaker Allen, published by the author in 1935 and the 1861 will of Van Leonard. 1861-1935 1 folder (.1 l.f.)
